35 hour a week seasonal leadership positions overseeing 1 Hickory Farms location.Positions start in late October and continue through the end of December.Must have management experience, good communication, organization, leadership and training skills; sales experience preferred.Must be willing to work mall hours, including nights and weekends.All positions require standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train all kiosk associates.
• Provides on-going training to all associates to maximize sales.
• Responsible for eliminating or minimizing inventory loss.
• Ensure that all associates, including himself/herself, are actively sampling and selling at all times and that budgeted sales are met or exceeded.
• Maintains and stocks kiosk with product as needed.
• Ensure compliance as it pertains to employee on-boarding, I9 policies and workers comp policies.
